Our mission is to use innovative knowledge to create effective solutions for industry and business.
The Research and Development Center (R&D) of Eltel Networks was established in January 2017. Its mission is to create a database of new technologies, innovative services and effective procedures implemented in different business areas during the implementation of power projects related to the preparation of investments and the construction and maintenance of electricity infrastructure.
We combine visions of science and innovative solutions with industry practice and experience.
The tasks of the R&D Center focus on the automation of investment preparation process with particular emphasis on the collection and processing of digital data, streamlining the process information flow between individual departments, introducing a uniform structure of preparing and cataloging documentation, improving the flow of knowledge and competences between employees. On the one hand, R&D is open to non-corporate cooperation, i.e. the implementation of tasks together with research and scientific centers, and on the other – close cooperation and use of practice and experience of business partners.
Therefore, we have created a network of cooperation with research centers, as well as manufacturers of equipment and suppliers of innovative services, with whom we exchange knowledge, competences and experience, jointly implementing electrical power construction projects.
The Research and Development Center is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund as part of supporting investments in R&D infrastructure of enterprises of the Intelligent Development Operational Program and the Regional Operational Program of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.
