Dragging the initial line on the 110 kV Pelplin – Malbork power line
In the second half of February, we dragged the initial line on the 110kV Pelplin - Malbork line in 55-56 span above the Vistula River.
The dragging was done "in installments", because we had very difficult weather conditions on the first attempt. The side wind pulled the line to the side so much that it formed a "sail", effectively braking the drone. Additionally, one of the eight engines was damaged 100 m from the pole. The line was released in an emergency mode, the drone returned to the "base" and landed safely, and we completed the work on that day. Two days later, after repairing the engine and with a better weather, we pulled all 8 lines.
