We comprehensively prepare formal and legal documentation of the investment:
- implementation of turnkey investments in the formal and legal scope, starting from the analysis of possible variants, determining the investment location, to obtaining a building permit and settlement of execution works, including:
- obtaining approvals from property owners, establishing a transmission land easement and obtaining permits to enter the area
- obtaining administrative decisions required by law, including decisions on environmental conditions, decisions on the location of a public investment, decisions on building permits or notification of construction works
- introducing investments to studies of conditions and directions of spatial development and to local spatial development plans
- analysis and determination of the legal status of real estate
- obtaining administrative decisions constituting a permanent title to the real estate
- analyzes and determination of the value of property rights by real estate appraisers who are team members
- preparation of projects for planting / cutting down trees and shrubs and obtaining logging permits
We have an experienced team consisting of field representatives, specialists in social communication and administrative procedures, surveyors, town planners and property appraisers. The team is actively supported by our legal advisers.
