New contract - we are starting work at the substation at the Ostrołęka Power Plant
Eltel Networks has just signed final contracts with the investor for the "turnkey" construction of 400 and 110 kV bays at the substation at the Ostrołęka Power Plant.
Our client is a Spanish holding of companies that operates as a designer, supplier and contractor in the sector of industrial and energy generation installations. The execution of electrical works will enable the change of technology from coal to gas and steam, and the new unit is to ultimately have a net capacity of 745 MW.
#EltelNetworksTeam will be responsible for:
- design works
- delivery of equipment and materials for the extension of the substation
- execution of construction and assembly works
- commissioning works
We are extremely proud to sign the contract, as Eltel Networks' participation in this project, together with meeting the deadlines for power supply, is a key element of a long supply chain. Completion of pre-energization tests is planned for April 2025.
It is worth noting that the signed contract ensures #ZałogaEltelNetworks comprehensive implementation of tasks in one of the largest energy investments in Poland.
