Joint activities with the Mechanical and Power Engineering School Complex in Olsztyn

At the end of February 2022, we met with the management of the Mechanical and Power Engineering School Complex in Olsztyn. During the meeting we discussed the possibilities of promoting Eltel Networks among the students of the school and the preparation of specific activities to recruit new employees from among the graduates of the school. Taking into account the great potential of our staff, in the period from March to April 2022 we will conduct a series of didactic classes for students of the 3rd and 4th grade of the technical school and the vocational school. The class will cover energy industry, designing and AutoCad. In addition to practical knowledge, we want to show young people leaving school and entering the labour market what kind of employer we are and what we can offer to candidates.
